In other cases, a consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs where applicable. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than a carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the goods or the last goods when the contract relates to several goods ordered by means of a single when these goods are delivered separately. When the period of fourteen days expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Trust Pharmacy of withdrawal from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration. For a better treatment of your file, we advise you to formulate your request for withdrawal using the dedicated form present on our website but it is not compulsory. We will reimburse using the same means of payment as that which you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you. We may defer the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, the date selected being that of the first of these facts.

You must return goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated to us your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to be respected if you return the goods before the expiration of the period of fourteen days.
