To meet the requirements of both local and international buyers we offer free shipping. However, international customers should check whether their country is eligible for delivery. Today, we work with two delivery options:
- Regular airmail delivery. It takes 2 to 3 weeks.
- Express courier delivery EMS. It takes approximately 5 to 9 days and is eligible for delivery within the USA. Besides, any customer can get a tracking code.
Keep in mind, large orders may be shipped in several packages.
Key Aspects When Delivering and Shipping with Us
We accept orders only from our website. After placing your order, you will obligatory receive a confirmation letter by email. In some cases, one of our employees may call you to confirm the order.
The order will be delivered within the frame of the chosen delivery option. We start shipping the same business day if you placed an order before 12:00 pm. All the orders placed after will be prepared for shipping the next business day. Note, sometimes we may increase the time due to plenty of orders but it does not take longer than one day.
There may be delays in the delivery of goods for reasons beyond our control. If your parcel did not arrive within three weeks with airmail, contact us for a follow-up. We may resend the package or refund you the whole amount. If your parcel did not arrive within two weeks with the express courier, we can apply the same measures.
When receiving your order, you should be at home to sign for it. If you are absent, you can permit to receive it to another person who is of full legal age. If you are absent and no one is at home upon the delivery, the parcel will be sent to the nearest post office. Make sure to collect it as soon as possible, otherwise, additional charges will apply.
All the packages come in opaque boxes that protect your goods from excessive moisture and direct sunlight. Besides, it allows only you to know the stuffing thus confidentiality remains at all times.
A client has a full right to refuse to accept the order and request to refund the money in the following cases:
- the goods do not match your order;
- the goods are damaged due to the violation of the integrity of the package;
- the goods are damaged due to non-compliance of the packaging with the character of the attachment and the conditions of shipment. The exceptions are the requirements for temperature conditions.
Keep in mind, we may require evidence to check whether the damage was not caused by you.
Note, according to the rules, the following goods of appropriate quality are not subject to exchange and return:
- used medicines;
- personal hygiene items, oral hygiene products;
- medical instruments, devices, and equipment, sanitary and hygiene items made of metal, rubber, textile, and other materials;
- child care items;
- spectacle lenses;
