Nancy Overholt,

Nancy Overholt is the Executive Director of the Institute of International Education's Department of Professional Education and Community Outreach. For the past 25 years she has developed and implemented international exchange programs primarily for academic institutions, including the University of Michigan, the University of California, Riverside, the University of Pennsylvania and the University of California, Santa Barbara.  She has given numerous presentations and published articles focused on educational exchange in the US and abroad.

Ms. Overholt has worked with programming agencies, ministries of education, ministries of foreign affairs and corporate sponsors to provide appropriate training programs for groups and individuals.  She is the recipient of a Fulbright Specialist Award and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  Ms. Overholt was awarded an A.B. in French and History by Albion College and an A. M. in Romance Language and Linguistics from the University of Michigan. She holds an Executive Certificate in Public and Non-Profit Management from the Georgetown Public Policy Institute, Georgetown University.
